Expert in handling C++ and Java related projects
Expert in all the SDLC phase of the project
Expert in any one of Relation DB
Ability to document the system processes
Ability to provide solutions based on customer requirement
Good coordination skills to work with both customer & external party to understand the systems at both ends well
