Job Description :
Responsible for providing support to the e-Procurement team by maintaining and delivering up-to-date corporate data to enterprise e-Procurement platforms and/or tools. Role will be responsible for various administration and data load activities. Role may interact with end-users of platforms and tools and may be responsible for being first level of support to answer questions, and/or route to the next level of support.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

3+ years of Coupa P2P platform, systems and administration/usage
3+ plus years of related working experience in software, e-commerce, and procurement practices preferred. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience or training.
Demonstrated experience in using e-commerce database or related systems, to include proficient use of Microsoft Office products
Demonstrated understanding of procurement principles
Ability to document work in progress
Ability to establish solid business relationships and work effectively with team members and other functional areas
Strong interpersonal skills; participate in a team environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
