Responsibilities
Job Duties
Manage Corporate Systems Oracle EBS Application technical team members.
Act as an adviser and liaison for the Oracle EBS functional support team, Oracle Database teams, and other IT Operations teams as necessary.
Serve as a liaison to senior IT management, reporting on the status of projects, identify issues and risks, assess their impact, and proactively recommend solutions.
Partner with the PMO to gather and document business, user and functional business requirements to support upgrades, enhancements, change and/or fixes to existing or new systems.
Planning, coordinating and monitoring the activities of outside vendors to ensure their ongoing alignment with day-to-day support, projects, and divisional goals.
Manage customer relationships and expectations.
Develop and maintain system documentation (including but not limited to trouble shooting and audit
Ensure all team members have a clear understanding of vision and strategy, and foster a positive work environment.
Work with senior departmental management to develop subordinates
Hiring, training, mentoring, motivating and evaluating team members.

Reports to: Director of Corporate Financial Systems
Direct Reports: Oracle Application Technical Specialist(s)

Technical/Functional Skills

Technical skills in R12 Oracle E-Business Suite Financial modules, including but not limited to:
o Application configuration
o Application monitoring
o Application troubleshooting
o New module implementation
o OAF (Oracle Application Framework)
o XML BI Publisher
o OBIA
o Hyperion Essbase
o Ability to write medium to complex SQL queries.
o Ability to analyze PL/SQL packages is a plus.
Techno-functional skills in R12 Oracle E-Business Suite Financial modules, including but not limited to:
o General Ledger
o Accounts Payable
o Accounts Receivable
o Fixed Assets
o iExpense
o Financial Accounting Hub
o Cost Accounting
o Budgets
Ability to create and work SR tickets with Oracle Support
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Visio.
