Job Description :
Primary Responsibilities:
Create and execute copy and content strategy for Client/Support and internal Support and Services applications that upholds Client brand standards and maintains site-wide consistency.
Write articles, instructions, and other copy elements that help customers accomplish their goals.
Work closely with UX Architects and Visual Designers to create user experiences that are intuitive and easy for customers to use.
Present your ideas to design and business stakeholders in a clear and consistent ways depending on the audience and user context.
Intake and understand complex requirements and problems and distill the appropriate customer-centric solution.
Stay current on developments in the evolving field of content strategy, and inspire our UX team to learn and grow accordingly.
Think and work globally to ensure the success of content across all Dell''s properties and languages, and lead content-localization discussions.

Desired Experience:
Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience as a Copywriter or Content Strategist, creating and/or managing Web content for large, transactional websites or software products. A bachelor’s degree is required in marketing, communications, English, journalism, or related fields or equivalent job experience.

Requirements:
Exceptional writing skills and extreme attention to detail
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Ability to effectively project-manage and juggle multiple projects at once
Experience writing for different use case scenarios on a large, complex websites or software applications
Ability to extend knowledge from one product to another to create an overall consistent customer experience
Ability to identify critical insights (whether through trends or through hard data) and organize them into actionable plans that can be shared across content, UX, development, and marketing
Experience working in and evaluating Web content-management systems
Facility with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as a basic understanding of HTML and CSS (your team will work in code to some degree)
Superior editing and proofreading skills, as well as demonstrable professional experience writing for the Web (particularly in global environments)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, deadline-driven environment (prior Agile and Scrum experience desirable but not mandatory)
Experience with technical support or software products a plus
Experience with social media, cross-platform publishing, and evolving trends in mobile publishing and design
Experience with SEO and a general understanding of how to use search insights to drive content improvements
A portfolio that showcases your writing and content strategy work from your professional experience. The portfolio must contain examples from digital projects like large-scale websites or software applications.
