Job Description :
The ideal candidate would have both UX and content creation experience and needs to have a proven track record in Conversational Voice User Interface design
The candidate will be responsible for creating, segmenting, organizing, and presenting conversation flows that sound “human-like” while enabling the customer to quickly meet their desired objective.
The Designer will work collaboratively with the technical team responsible for coding these flows, as once the conversations have been designed, they will be handed off to the Customer team for implementation.
The Designer will receive data and input from the team overseeing the bot to help inform the use-cases and conversation flows.
