Technical Skills – Control -M
Required
6+ years of IT experience
4+ years with Control M administration and management,
2+ years with UC4 Job Scheduler
Understanding of ITIL service management
Must be detail oriented, committed to deadlines and have solid verbal and written communication skills.
Work with vendors to ensure maintenance coverage for all relevant IT infrastructure.
Participate in 24x7 Command centre
Administering Service Account password and New user sudo or service account access
Experience on Maintaining Control-M Enterprise Manager
Maintain and administer Control-M Agent host
Maintain and administer Control-M EM, Server and Agent versions
Manage and administer Control-M scheduled Production job export
Manage and administer Control-M OS service accounts
