JOB DESCRIPTION:
Candidate is responsible for planning and delivery of corporate, function, and business unit employee communications, including organizational announcements, FAQs, talking points and other various written communications as needed, with a focus on merger & acquisition and third party relationship/outsourcing activities. The successful candidate possess experience project managing and creating communications related to mergers & acquisitions and outsourcing, also possessing strong writing skills. The candidate must work well under deadlines, successfully manage multiple projects at one time, and be a proactive, self-directed communication specialist.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creation and delivery of internal communication plans associated with merger & acquisition and/or third party relationship (outsourcing) activity
Skilled execution of Internal Communications writing projects for print and digital delivery

RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with Internal Communications and other internal business teams to develop and execute written communications in support of key initiatives, which includes day-to-day project management: prioritizing requests; managing timelines; ensuring budget adherence; and executing specific print and digital deliverables.
Maintain confidentiality of business-sensitive communication initiatives


MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education / Training:
4-year degree in business, communications, or related field or equivalent experience

Business Experience:
Experience managing projects and creating content for merger & acquisition and/or third party relationship (outsourcing) projects
2+ years communications, journalism, public relations or related experience

Specialized Knowledge / Skills:
Strong time and project management skills
Experience working on merger & acquisition and/or third party relationship (outsourcing) projects

Proven problem-solving skills
Experience managing multiple deliverables in large, complex business environments.
Self-starter with a can-do, positive and results-oriented attitude.
Thorough understanding of the business and excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
