Barrister Global Services Network Inc. is currently looking for a motivated, highly detailed, organized and outgoing individual to support one of our major nationwide clients. The successful applicant should be able to quickly adapt their knowledge to the current IT environment and be able to enhance the current systems in place. They should also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills so as to be understood by technical and non-technical personnel.

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced, successful looking for a challenge and knows how to stay up-to-date with current trends and websites The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for proactively searching for qualified job candidates for current or planned open positions utilizing recruiting databases, social media, online job postings and referrals. You will perform sourcing and recruiting activities in support of our company , hiring with specific focus on technical roles across our Engineering and TDO organizations. Recruiting experience is a must & sales experience is a plus!


Essential Job Functions:

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to include use on Entelo sourcing tool to identify passive candidates
Develop and manage candidates throughout the full lifecycle of recruiting.
Design and develop passive candidate talent pool to target relevant candidate pipeline for future potential as candidates.
Advertise open roles and manage applicants using Workday and LinkedIn.


Requirements:
Previous recruiting experience
Minimum of 1 years administrative business experience
Minimum of 1 years experience in Human Resources
Minimum of 2 years experience utilizing MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word)



Preferred:
Sales experience

Employment Type: Contractor ( 6 months )
