Qualifications
Strong Project Management capabilities and experience, PMP preferred
Flexibility to work in a highly matrixed environment on multiple efforts at once that will vary in duration and scale
Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills, ability to engage and facilitate large group discussions
Flexibility to lead as well as support efforts depending upon the transformation needs
Strong financial acumen
Product & Operational knowledge preferred
Works well under pressure
Solid MS Office knowledge with intermediate to advanced MS Projects
Process management or improvement experience is a plus
5 to 7 years of similar experiences in Group Insurance particularly Disability or Life is a plus
