Our client, a public research university offering undergraduate and graduate degree programs in a wide range of disciplines, seeks an accomplished Content Management Support Analyst.

Description:
Responsible for providing high-quality, customer-focused functional and technical support for content management applications (Drupal, Box.com, Confluence, DocuSign
General responsibilities include user account provisioning, application support, workflow coordination, documentation, problem analysis and tracking, content review and publishing.
Coordinate account configuration, user rights/access control and basic administration of applications supported by the team; track and manage service requests, problems or bugs.
Applies analytical skill to assess and resolve technical issues related to computing needs of end-users; investigate and coordinate problem resolution.
Develop application documentation and user guides to promote effective use of supported applications.

Desired Qualifications:
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot functional or technical problems related to content management applications, document management systems and user account administration.
Functional and technical knowledge sufficient to support common desktop and personal computing applications; proficiency with common productivity software such as MS Office, Outlook, internet browsers (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Safari) and web-based applications.
Ability to administer and coordinate user account setup/configuration, provide basic user support related to application access, group administration and security administration.
Skilled in consistently delivering exceptional customer service related to troubleshooting and resolution of issues related supported applications.
Ability to plan and organize daily work activity by prioritizing and completing assigned tasks, following up on open requests, and maintaining service requests using service management system.
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing using standard English grammar, spelling and punctuation; able to clearly articulate questions and statements amongst co-workers; ability to create effective functional or technical documentation.
