Job Description:
Architect and design Containers as a Service (CaaS) solutions.
Intimate knowledge of Docker and containers in general.
Extensive experience architecting, designing and building a wide range of IT infrastructure including hardware, software (operating systems and applications), network and storage.
Extensive experience with the operations and support of IT infrastructure.
Experience architecting, designing and developing application software, especially Microservices.
Knowledge of multiple languages, i.e. Java, C#, etc., and scripting, i.e. PowerShell, UNIX shell, JavaScript, etc. Comfortable in a DevOps culture, in particular CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery/Deployment
Must have or be able to obtain a Docker Accredited Consultant (DAC) certification.
Should be viewed as a strong application, pipeline and/or platform architect.
*We will invest & provide training in Docker
Ultimately, we would like two – one with a Windows/C#/.NET background, and one well rounded.
