Job Description:
* Full-time Temporary Opportunity, September to December 2017.
* Seeking for a volunteer who would like to work with us independently.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Correctly entering ticket and completing client projects in a timely manner; providing complete and clear information about each project to management and clients;
* Diagnosing, repairing, and troubleshooting client projects in the lab, via remote session, and on occasion on-site;
* Following up with each client diagnosis and updating him/her as needed and in accordance with excellent customer service standards;
* Communicating clearly and timely with clients and staff;
* Maintaining lab and basic lab condition in a clean manner, ready at all time to receive clients and for productive work;
* Sourcing and requesting to management parts needed for repair;
* Receiving client payments; recording inventory request; composing client invoices; and making accurate record entries.
* Greeting persons and answering the phone; responding to emails; voice messages; and online chats in a positive and timely manner;
* Performing other duties as required;
Required education:
* High school or equivalent
SKILLS REQUIREMENT-:
* Must be computer literate, have networking ability and a good knowledge of Computer operating systems
* Mechanical aptitude and be able to use hand and power tools.
* Fluent English language written and verbal skills, demonstrated superior people and telephone skills, excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
* The ability to meet deadlines and commitments and to adjust/adapt to new ideas.
