Job Description :
Position: Compensation Specialist
Duration: 6 months
Location: Wilmington DE

Support of the global Compensation team, assisting in the effective administration of compensation related policies, programs and related information systems.
The ideal candidate would have an understanding of compensation programs and administrative processes and the use of the Workday.
Responsibilities Support compensation processes and policies and related IT systems • Assist in updating information in Workday relating to Compensation programs. •

Assist in related compensation administrative activities bill payments, liaison with vendors, updating records, etc
Assist in preparing communications in support of compensation related programs, processes and policies. •
Develop and execute reports and conduct audits as needed. •
Prepare necessary excel spreadsheets, reports, etc in support of related programs. •
Perform analysis on compensation related information. •
May perform other related duties as assigned.
Experience Workday required Human Resources Administration experience, compensation experience administration experience preferred Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Power Point Good communication skills,
