Job Description :
5+ years’ experience working in marketing, communication and/ or program management
Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to interact with all levels of the business with a keen understanding of what matters to different constituencies
Excellent Communication skills (verbal, visual and written)
Solid project management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver multiple deliverables
Experience developing communications for internal and external customers
Needs to be an independent, creative thinker and a key contributor in driving successful project delivery
College or university degree and/or relevant work experience required
Should be highly results driven, with the energy and determination to problem solve and succeed in a very fast paced, deadline driven environment
· Develop and drive an internal Stakeholder Management Strategy that enables stakeholders of all levels to achieve their business goals
· Proactively identify and manage relationships with key stakeholders across the business whilst also coordinating how the Program interfaces with the Business
· Define Communications plan, success measurements and implement reporting to measure the success of Communication materials
· Design and develop high energy, high impact communications across a range of channels to inform and inspire our employees
· Partner with Marketing to develop effective branded communications for external Customers, Partners and Brokers
