.Having Cisco experience is major plus point.
Hands on with current video production and editing tools, special effects ex: iMovie, captivate, Camtasia etc
Work areas Creation of all Communication messaging for Software Supply Chain.
Coordinate email distribution of messaging to internal and external distribution lists Create Training Videos within Software licensing operations of all specified tools and processes. Perform necessary editing Provide "talent" voice over during videos Plan, create and execute specific change management and strategy and training plan.
Design and complete Web Based Training in Captivate or PowerPoint. Design and create Web based training, document and create process flows or process Mappings.
Work with SMEs to drive content. Create monthly reports of all metrics related to video viewership on our licensing portals.
