Job Description:
Must have skills 4 Year degree in an IT related field preferred
Responsible for the monitoring and support of the store WAN infrastructure •
Function as a Jr. Incident Manager in support of P1 incidents
Experience in monitoring Data Centers, Storage Facilities, and Disaster Recovery Facilities•
Knowledge of network devices (switches, routers and Load balancers)•
Knowledge of Unix/Linux Operations system and troubleshooting•
Knowledge on Windows OS and troubleshooting• Knowledge on Middle ware technology (tomcat & Apache) • Ability to navigate technical issues and evaluate risk•
Good hands on experience with ServiceNOW•
Must be able to communicate effectively with highly technical associates and executives•
2-4 years’ experience in a technical role involving monitoring & first level troubleshooting within an enterprise scale environment•
3 years’ experience in an first level incident management role within an enterprise scale environment demonstrating strong analytical fault finding, diagnostics and troubleshooting skills•
Understanding of solving complex problems with information technology software and hardware.•
Effective time management skills; with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously requiring experience with prioritizing tasks due to shifting priorities, fluctuating workloads, and deadline pressures.• Ability to handle and perform in stressful situations.•
Excellent verbal and communication skills•
Proven decision-making and influencing skills•
Broad knowledge of technology infrastructure, networking, and products•
Collaborative team player•
Positive attitude•
Has to be flexible working in second & night shift and weekends on rotation basis
