Responsible for providing support to technical professionals with regard to a variety of administrative, systems, and business operations problems, and participation in related system development projects of moderate to complex nature.

Responsibilities may include:

Determining and defining system specifications, process improvement, quality assurance, interaction with customers and technical staff, and higher emphasis on problem resolution.
Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, increased level of business
knowledge and experience in a defined area (i.e. claims, membership, accounting, service, finance, etc, and experience and knowledge of project methodology and the application development life-cycle. Position requires knowledge of various technologies including legacy, client/server, or web-based technologies, rational tools knowledge (ClearQuest, ReqPro, etc and RUP methodology and 3-5 years of related experienced as outlined above.
