Rate: $50 C2C
Interview: Phone and face to face

Team consists of developers and testers who support our claims processing system mainframe application
What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)
- This individual will be responsible for COBOL/JCL/CICS modules - development and maintenance
- Coding and design
- Code reviews with other team leads
- Functional testing
- Working with business on requirements analysis
- Work on fixing defects/enhancing code
What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities?
COBOL/CICS/JCL
What skills/attributes are a must have?
Cobol, CICS, JCL, DB2 - 5 or more years of experience
Mainframe experience
Previous development work
Previous technical lead work
Ability to read and interpret code
Ability to clearly document analysis and design in non-technical terms
Highly organized
Able to coordinate and multi-task
Ability to dig in and research
Great people skills (needs to facilitate meetings)
Knowledge and experience with the 837 and/or 835 processes
May include off hours work - evening and/or weekend

Claim knowledge, specifically Medicare Supplement
