Job Description :

Position: Cobol Developer/Support Lead
Location: Dodgeville, WI
Duration: Full Time
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills
5+ Years of Experience
Cobol coding experience, Acu-COBOL would be a plus
UNIX scripting experience
some experience with C or C+
ISAM Database
Roles and responsibility
Understand the requirements
Design, develop and implement new software components to ensure system-wide efficiency, reliability and compatibility and to maximize system performance
Support training efforts; Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
Conducts design reviews and contributes to improve design efficiency and optimization
Understanding and Supporting the existing system
Conducting Knowledge Transfer sessions
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills
- Prior work experience in Retail Domain
MQ Knowledge
Prior work experience in Order Management Concepts
