Job Description :
*MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN A UTILITY COMPANY*
This candidate must have utility experience working in an IT support role with credit and revenue modules in a customer information system. Other utility experience will be considered.
This position is for the IT Complex Customer team and the candidate will be responsible for supporting MACSS (customer information system) credit and revenue production issues. This is an extremely busy area and the candidate must be able to learn quickly and work independently. (A subject matter expert will be available for training and questions
Must have extensive experience with COBOL, JCL, and DB2. Endevor experience is a plus.
