Cloud Systems Architect Mandatory Skills
Must have strong expertise and experience in leading cloud design and migration projects, API development, Jenkins, Chef.
Skill Requirements: Cloud Systems Architect with hands on skills and experience with AWS and Azure based application hosting, cloud design, implementation and migration projects, Jenkins and chef. Experience in testing applications and associated migrations within premise and to Cloud. Accelerate build out of VPCs and VNETs in AWS/Azure. Validate core AWS/Azure infrastructure readiness and drive configuration, performance, and ops remediation activities (e.g. ELB, RDS, SQL, AD, jump servers, file transfer, backup and restore) Implement and test infrastructure design patterns.Design and execute cloud architecture / engineering documents. Expertise and experience in Jenkins, Chef and Docker is required. Create / enhance operational support processes / checklists for new / existing services to ensure applicability and readiness.
Experience with technology architecting and deployment and configuration management tools. Knowledge and experience with web and mobile technologies. Proven experience of successful system delivery throughout the packaged software implementation lifecycle, including substantial experience of working as a senior architect on multiple projects. Proven experience developing successful API, SOA and integration solutions in an enterprise environment on one or more industry standard integration suites on multiple projects. Ability to document complex architectural concepts and solutions in both business and technical terms. Knowledge of logical data modeling and physical data modeling concepts. Knowledge of enterprise architecture design concepts. Experienced in developing infrastructure with good non-functional attributes (high performance, low footprint, scalable, robust, secure etc Proven experience as a successful technical lead, able to guide a technical team effectively.
