Private Cloud Design Review
Review the JPMC-authored Microsoft Private cloud design. This includes review of:
Fabric Design - Hyper-V clusters, Storage and Network, design.
Fabric Management Design - System Center Virtual machine manager, Service Management Automation, System Center Operations Manager and System Center Configuration Manager design.
Provide recommendations around Microsoft Private cloud capabilities such availability, scalability, automation and self-servicing.
Provide recommendations around Windows Server 2016 and System Center 2016 capabilities, such as Software defined storage and Software defined networking.
Review and provide recommendation for Service Management Automation and existing Self-Service provisioning process.
Private Cloud Deployment assistance (Lab or Pre-Production)
Assist JPMC with review of the network infrastructure to confirm that the required network configurations, such as VLANs, quality of service (QoS), Virtual switches and firewalls, have been identified and performed prior to installation.
Assist customer with review of the storage infrastructure to confirm that the required storage configurations have been identified and performed prior to installation.
Review of the dependent infrastructure, including DNS, DHCP, and all Active Directory, to verify that required changes have been performed.
Review of the server infrastructure to confirm that required hardware has been deployed. This could be the pre-validated Windows Server Software Defined Datacenter Solution SKU, or the Windows Catalog–certified fabric hardware (WHQL
Assist customer with deployment of Microsoft Private cloud components such as Hyper-V Cluster and System Center 2016 in a Lab or pre-Production environment.
Workload onboarding and Automation assistance (Pre-Production)
Provide recommendations for Virtual machine manager VM templates or Service Templates.
Assist customer with self-service provisioning and automation support for deployment of workload on Private Cloud Platform.
Assist customer with onboarding of workloads, such as System Center Configuration Manager and Active directory domain controllers on Microsoft Private Cloud Platform.
