About the Position
As a Senior Software Engineer – Cloud Platform, you’ll be part of a team developing innovative new solutions to significant problems in the healthcare industry. In this role, you will design and innovate technologies or solution for effective resource allocation, fast application deployment and zero downtime upgrade while you deliver rapidly iterative new design or new architecture POC as well as platform production releases.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Duties are listed in order of greatest importance. The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the below mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs.

Responsibilities/Essential Duties
Large scale distributed software design and development experience accompanied by a proven track record delivering large systems.
Design and implementation experience while leading and educating others
Experience in one or more of the following development languages: .NET, Go, NodeJS , React, Spring-Java
Experience in one or more of the following cloud platforms: Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Openshift, AWS Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google App Engine, Heroku, or other PaaS technologies
Migration from Monolithic application development to micro-services
Experience with a CI/CD pipeline GIT, Stash, Bit Bucket, Artifactory , Jenkins, etc.
Ability to leading and educate/train others ·
Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies and practices – XP and Kanban are highly preferred
A passion for TDD and Pair Programming
Familiarity with common healthcare systems integration approaches: HL7, FHIR, DIRECT/HISP, EDI
