Position : Cloud Business Analyst
Duration : 6 – 12 Plus Months
Location : Springfield , IL
Rate : DOE



The Cloud Business Analyst will:

Additional Qualifications
* A minimum of 2 years of cloud experience, business and/or technical, with AWS and/or Azure.


Serve as a liaison to the business community in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.
Collect, refine and validate business requirements, interdependencies, cross-functional dependencies and potential risks and issues.
Create JIRA tickets (develop assignments in the chosen agile project management / issue tracking system) based on designs and requirements documentation
Interface with internal teams/developers, clients (other internal business units as well as over third party development teams), and ensure work is completed on time, within scope, and exceeding quality standards.
Create development documentation, including system and functional requirements, JIRA dashboards (status reporting), meeting takeaways such as action items specific to development team support.
Translate high level business requirements into functional specifications and manage changes to such specifications.
Facilitate communication and gain commitment between technical partners to align solutions with software architectural and development strategies with lead architecture and development oversight.
Set expectations for delivery with cross functional team members.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of cloud experience, business and/or technical, with AWS and/or Azure
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience working in technology system interfaces and data integration, networks, operating systems
develop assignments in the chosen agile project management / issue tracking system
Create development documentation, including system and functional requirements, JIRA dashboards (status reporting
Experience communicating technical information to non-technical people (even if you are a non-technical person)
Experience providing analytical thinking and problem solving within a project
Knowledge of industry best practices for business analysis
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience formalizing requirements

Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)
