Position: Cloud Architect/SME / Cloud Consultant
Location: San Francisco/ Chicago/ NJ (Candidate should be willing to travel)
Must have requirements:
- Proficiency in IBM Bluemix/ AWS / Google/ Openshift / Pivotal Cloud Foundry in or all Cloud Technologies
- Enterprise Architect Background
- Experience in design/implementation/consulting experience with distributed applications
- Experience in Application migration to cloud and should have automated app migration tool experience
- Working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies
- History of successful technical consulting and architecture engagements with large-scale customers or enterprises
- Domain experience in at least one Industry Vertical (Banking & Finance, Healthcare, Retail etc
- Experience in developing Innovative and Transformative solutions across various architecture domains such as business, data, application, and technology
- Should have DevOps experience
- Have experience and knowledge on microservices, docker etc
- Should have minimum 10+ years of experience in the industry
Roles & Responsibilities:
Help customers with their Cloud IT Strategy and Roadmap development based on their Business strategies (capturing current state, defining future state-To-be architecture on IBM Bluemix, AWS, Google ) and building Transition state architecture
Ensure success in building and migrating applications, software and services on cloud platform
Educate customer on the value proposition of Cloud, and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud
Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment, work effectively under high pressure, growth mode
