Job Description :
· Works as a liaison with business stakeholders to understand business problems and opportunities.
· Gather requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
· Designing and conducting workshop along with business process assessments to detail the business and user requirements.
· Design and develop interactive prototypes (Wire-frames/ mockups) for reporting needs.
· Executed Agile processes and is adaptive to client proposed hybrid agile methodologies along with conducting retrospectives.
· Able to translate the business use cases and requirements to technical specifications.
· Closely work with the Development and QA team to implement and test the requirements. Overseas end to end delivery.
· Streamline and manage onshore-offshore engagements to improve productivity and team building.
· Knowledge in Clinical Trial Management System, Clinical Trail Analytics, Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF), Risk Based Monitoring, Protocol design, planning, conduct, closeout and reporting, Clinical trials supplier management.
