Clinical Mobility Project Manager with secure messaging

Location: Palo Alto, CA

Duration: 8 months+

Experience managing projects around implementing wireless and secure
messaging

Need a PM with clinical mobility experience Healthcare or pharma is not a
must have, but a huge plus
" Clinical Mobility Project Manager will be responsible for mobile apps and
device design, requirements gathering, procurement of 2K mobile devices for
total 8K users, development and execution of device deployment
implementation plan (that includes resources, logistics, inventory
management, deployment schedule, training), go-live support, and transition
to operational support."
Mobile App & Device Management
Lead and manage technical and business requirements gathering for mobile
device including hardware, software, accessories, voice (public and private
# s), and Spok paging.
Based on requirements gathered, coordinate with all stakeholders to set
standards for design and implementation for entire hospital.
Using standards, facilitate discussion and follow-up for ~60-80 user groups
to determine exact quantity of mobile devices/accessories to procure and
hardware/software configuration requirements.
For user group s that cannot conform to standards, conduct and present
analysis of mobile app and device solution options for decision making
Obtain and update 300P/500P floor plans for charging station space and
electrical requirements.
Collaborate with Client Engineering, MDM and Field Services team on plan
for configuration, set -up, testing and support of devices.
Contribute in development of mobile device user policy for SHC
Develop logistics resource plan and schedule for deploying all devices and
accessories
Works with Field Services and EUD teams to ensure accurate inventory of
what equipment has been deployed and what is in the spare pool.
Work with user groups and UIT on replacement of Ascom and paging solutions
(collect paging IDs, public and private numbers, etc. Ensure seamless
transition for legacy solutions to new solutions including cut-over at
go-live.
Wireless Infrastructure
Coordinate meetings and activities on wireless VOIP assessment and
testing. Ensure documentation of findings and remediation of any known
issues.
Active Directory
Coordinate meetings between IAM, EUS and Voalte on Active Directory
automation (with Voalte API and Microsoft Identity Manager
Document process, resource requirements and agreement for post go-live
Voalte support of end user account management.
