Essential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing client relationships and large contracts
Maintain contacts with Directors and C-level executives within existing clients
Ability to be a client advocate and guide the client’s business
Reaching revenue, profitability and growth targets within client accounts
Partner with internal stakeholders to develop an account strategy that enables sustainable revenue growth
Review key deliverables for feedback/approval prior to client presentations
Ability to manage multiple accounts and engagements simultaneously as well as work with team to prioritize and delegate appropriately
Build strong client relationships through comprehensive understanding of business needs
Guide the creation of strategic business plans, persuasive pitches, and presentations that demonstrate the value of Pactera’s clients
Mentor and coach team members while motivating and leading overall project teams
Define and implement best practices at the business unit level
Partner closely with Sales Operations and Delivery teams to analyze data trends and client performance, and best practices to grow client''s business through Pactera’s solutions
Further establish relationships and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders operating at all necessary levels (management and functional), and other key executive decision makers
Establish yourself as a trusted adviser who works to ensure the client’s overall satisfaction with Pactera’s services and solutions
Perform Business Review Meetings with clients to understand the client’s vision of success, make a success plan with the client, and provide project updates


Qualifications/Requirements
10+ years of Client Service/Success and/or Account Management experience with a management consulting firm
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology. MBA preferred
Experience leading a team and portfolio of business
Experience working with senior leadership client contacts
Ability to communicate, articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely
Experience in managing digital transformation programs
Experience in creating long term strategic account plans
Advanced interpersonal skills & the ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written)
Creative problem-solving & critical thinking aptitude
Self-motivated, self-starter and able to work successfully fast paste environments
Track record of managing and growing client relationship
