Role: Clearcase Administration and Quality Center

Job Description:
Installation, Customization, Maintenance and Documentation of Clearcase and Quality Center set up
Clearcase Administration - Create new users, manage security, license administration etc.
Design and maintain VOBs, views and configuration specifications
Performed all necessary day-to-day Clearcase support for all in-house projects
Develop, Implement and Maintained all Quality Center user accounts, roles and permissions.
Installation & configuration support for client tools on laptops
Detect and eliminate all CC & QC issues faced by end users.
Prepared and maintain standard metrics reports, dashboards and other related records
Mainstay ticket handling for support relating to Clearcase and Quality Center
Performance Optimization analysis and recommendations
Capacity Management and Maintenance
Participation in P1/2 bridge calls involving Clearcase or Quality Center outages.
Security & Compliance audits
Monitor and Troubleshoot connectivity to Clearcase or Quality Center
Administration of Windows 2003/2008 servers hosting Clearcase and Quality Center
Troubleshooting all types of server related issues
