Citrix Engineer

Job Background:
HMH has an urgent need for a Citrix Engineer / Sys Admin. Needs to hire someone next week. Their Sr. Systems Engineer went on a Leave of Absence 3 weeks ago. He was supposed to have returned by now but his LOA just got extended. They have a mixed environment of Citrix versions (4.5, 6.5 and 7.8) and are in the process of upgrading everything to 7.8. This resource will work with the Infrastructure team to upgrade their Citrix environment (but they need to demonstrate SME capabilities because the rest of the team only has general Citrix knowledge
Ideally, they would like to bring this person on for a contract to hire position but are also open to a pure contract role if the candidate matches their criteria to a "T"
Must Have Experience:
Experience designing and building new Citrix environments for medium to large sized enterprises (2000+ employees and/or 500+ production servers Experts in the following:
1. Citrix
2. Imprivata
3. AppSense
Nice to Have (in addition to above):
1. Active Directory
2. Hypervisors (VMware)
3. Database Servers (Microsoft SQL)
4. SCCM or SCOM for Infrastructure Monitoring, Performance Tuning and Availability
