Specific Knowledge/Skills:
Extensive knowledge and technical expertise is Highly preferred for the following:
Design, configuration & implementation expertise for large implementations of Citrix environments including hands on experience with current versions of Citrix XenApp (6.x or higher), XenDesktop, Net-Scaler, Citrix receiver, StoreFront. Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the Citrix Infrastructure and support. Experience with Publishing complex application designs with customization.
Ability to work with managed service provider and interface with the multitudes of internal customers and stakeholders within the environment.
Advanced skills and knowledge with Networking, TCPIP, Firewalls, DNS, WINS, DHCP Active Directory & DMZ’s.
Windows Server 2012/2016 Operating System administration.
Internet Information Server 6.x-8.x (IIS), Including but not limited to Application Pools, Website Configuration, Access Controls (ACL’s), and Certificates. Must have knowledge of Load Balancing, multiple sites on single web servers.
Microsoft or Veritas clustering, load balancing & high availability solutions.
Administrative scripting, PowerShell, VBScript, Python, Chef, Puppet, PERL, HTML, WMI or similar shell script programming languages.

Technical competence and knowledge is preferred for the following disciplines:
Audit and compliance expertise working in a regulated environment
A strong aptitude in understanding and resolving/remediating OS based security vulnerabilities and security configurations.
Familiarity with X86 architecture on HP, Dell, or IBM Server Class hardware.
Performance mgt., Capacity mgt., Monitoring Trends, Root Cause Analysis skills and Operational Support.
Windows Server Automated Server Build (SOE), strong understanding of Windows Operating Systems and scripting for OS configurations.
Web site management and development skills should include proficient skills using HTML, Java, HTTP/SHTML or .net Studio.
Active Directory management.
Security management, including Group or local Policy Objects and, system hardening, security and DR.
Oracle, SQL Data bases
Service Now or similar ITIL based ticketing & escalation system
