Job Description :
Customer needs an Administrator level resource to handle daily support. Level II or Jr level will suffice as he/she can escalate tier 3 issues to engineers.

Must have good knowledge of current versions of Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop 7.15.
A little NetScaler knowledge is needed for discovery or patching.
Knowledge of NetScaler SDX is a plus but not required.
Knowledge of Microsoft as it relates to Citrix, eg. Terminal Services, 2012, 2016, etc.
