Responsibilities and Duties
The Citrix Engineer is responsible for (though not limited to):
Administrating Citrix XenDesktop, XenApp & XenMobile environments within our enterprise.
Maintain the Citrix environment on day-to-day basis (deploying applications, supporting tickets, troubleshooting user issues …etc
Monitor Citrix environment event logs and services to be proactive in identifying potential issues
Interface with customers, technology and business contacts
Provide after hours on-call support as required
Perform other duties or projects, as assigned
