Detailed job responsibilities:

Expert knowledge of ITIL standards and processes like Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Change Request Management
In depth knowledge of Windows servers 2003/2008/2012, Citrix XenApp & XenDesktop, Active Directory, VMWare and VDI.
Strong understanding of Infrastructure management concepts.
Functional knowledge of related tools like Appsense, Edge Sight, Perceiver etc.
5+ year experience in handling large geographically distributed operations support teams
Should be able to identify the value innovations and process improvements in current project
Strong business acumen and customer focus
Very good Communication, Documentation, Presentation and interpersonal skills.
Spanish speaking is an advantage.
