Job Details:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent 10+ years of Voice Engineering experience
CCNP Voice - Cisco Certified Network Professional Voice
CCNA Network (Routing and Switching)
7+ years of experience with Cisco Unified Communications, including Call Manger, Unity Connection, IM and Presence, Emergency Responder, Jabber, WebEx CMR, Expressway, Prime Collaboration, and Telepresence Room systems and endpoints.
7+ years of experience with installation, configuration and maintenance of Cisco Voice gateways and CUBE Enterprise.
5+ years of experience with telephony systems and services such as Analog POTS, ISDN PRI, and PSTN SIP Trunks
5+ years of experience with routing and switching with an emphasis on important voice concepts such as SIP, H.323, MGCP, Analog Gateways and QOS
3+ years of experience with UCCX Scripting
Experience with High-Availability design (failover configuration and data replication)
Experience with Support and configuration of InformaCast Paging system.
Experience with Cisco RTMT and SolarWinds monitoring solution.
Experience with Virtualization technology: VMware


Nice to have:

CCIE Voice
Experience with NICE Engage Call Recording.
Experience with LAN & WAN design, implementation, and management best practices.
Hands on experience with Cisco Routers and Switches
Technical knowledge of network & PC operating systems, including Windows 7, VMWare ESX Server, MS Server.
Cisco Firewall experience
Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls.
