5 Years’ Experience in Design, Development and Deployment of Contact Center, Call Routing Solutions
In Depth Knowledge of Installing, Troubleshooting and Maintaining Cisco Unified Communications Systems, CUBE, CICM, UCCE, and UCCX
Deep Expertise in Protocols such as SIP, ISDN, PRI, H.323
Complete Understanding of SIP Headers, Manipulation and Transmission
Ability to Design and test VPN and MPLS Connections and Interfaces with PSTN
Solid Understanding of Voice and Data Networks
