Experience in development and production support in IVR applications using CVP Call studio and Java Experience in Working with IT managers and vendor partners of client Experience in Cisco CVP development and support.
Experience in Cisco UCCE development and Support Experience in Creating reports in Cisco CUIC Provided improvement ideas on the application being supported Good knowledge and hands on experience on Cisco Contact Center applications like CVP, UCCE, CUIC Good programming knowledge on Java Good experience in development and production support in CVP Call Studio Experience in handling team Experience in handling project end to end
