Experience in UCCE framework, CVP, Cisco ICM, Cisco Call Studio
Experience with Nuance ASR and TTS
Experience with Cisco Finesse and gadget development
Experience with CVP Java APIs, J2EE, JavaScript and JSON
Experience with implementing complex solutions involving Web Services, SOA, VXML
Typically has 8 years of programming/systems analysis, SME level experience and 5-7 years of relevant experience with emphasis in applications and systems engineering development, database and middleware technologies
Education Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field
