Barrister Global Services Network Inc. is currently looking for a motivated, highly detailed, organized and outgoing individual to support one of our major nationwide clients. The successful applicant should be able to quickly adapt their knowledge to the current IT environment and be able to enhance the current systems in place. They should also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills so as to be understood by technical and non-technical personnel.

Job Summary :

The Chief Security Architect position is a recognized authority on relevant subject matter knowledge including technologies, theories and techniques. The candidate for this job should be somebody who contributes to the development of innovative principles and successfully operates in the most complex disciplines, in which the company must operate to be successful. You may participate in cross-division, multi-function teams. Your job is to provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees and routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives. You will develop strategy and set functional policy /direction.


Essential Job Functions:

Coordinates key technical participation when needed on an account.
Understands client''s internal management alliances and shapes client thinking on technology direction.
Provides technical direction to delivery on key transition initiatives.
Promotes innovation and thought leadership the key account.
Contributes to the technical dimension of key Account Growth Plan.
Conceives and creates new technology programs to support on-going business and future business growth.
Validates the company''s portfolio solutions against client needs, and shapes as necessary for client acceptance.
Creates the annual technology roadmap for the account.
Assists in the development of the technical community.
Establish trusted advisor relationships at senior levels for the account
Leads client-level visioning sessions.
Act as a functional manager within area of expertise ( but not manage other employees as a primary job function) .



Requirements :

Ability to build relationships with c-suite executives in client organizations.
Expertise in creating a positive change in how customers perceive company innovation and the power of the company''s portfolio.
Demonstrate strong, consistent business acumen and general management leadership abilities including accountability.
BS Computer Science, or related field
10+ years experience working in Security Solution and Technology
CISSP ( Certified Information Systems Security Professional)




Estimated initial contract period : 13 months
