Job Description :
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or another related field.
4 Years of experience can substitute for a college degree
(3-5) years of Cherwell ITSM development experience is highly desire
(3-5) years of workflow management and configuration of a IT Service Management tool (e.g. Cherwell, ServiceNow, Remedy) is required
(3-5) years of experience working with development technologies including Microsoft .NET (C, , WCF/WebAPI, SQL Server, JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Durandal, Knockout, etc, REST, XML, JSON, HTML, and CSS is highly desired
(7 – 10) years of professional experience in Information Systems or another related field is required

Primary Job Duties/ Tasks
The activities this candidate will be tasked with include, but are not limited to, the following:
Using, defining, and/or administering IT Service Management processes and tools (service desk, Incident/problem/change/release management)
Customizing/configuring Cherwell or other service management software tools
Working with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to interface between software applications
Working with SQL Server and Azure SQL databases
