MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSThe Consultant must meet all of the following minimum qualifications:1. Three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years as a Cherwell developer/ configuration consultant.2. Hold an ITIL 3 or ITIL 4 foundations certificate and a Lean Six Sigma Green Beltcertification. Certificates must be included with submission.3. Completed at least two (2) engagements within the last three (3) years, developingand deploying, or configuring an Inventory Management solution within theCherwell Service Management platform (v8.2.3 and above That experience must include all of the following criteria (References must be provided to verifyprevious engagements were successfully concluded):a. Developing and modifying Cherwell Service Management to manageinventory assets using industry standard inventory management bestpracticesDeveloping and modifying Cherwell Service Management objects whichincludes the design of the system to ensure compliance with anorganizations policies for portable / non-portable IT assetsb. Identifying data requirements, integrating and uploading configuration datainto an Inventory Management Solutionc. Integrating and uploading configuration data into an Inventory ManagementSolutiond. Configuring Cherwell modules for barcode scanning leveraging adaptiveform capabilities introduced in Cherwell 9.5.1 (for use on iPhone andAndroid OS)e. Building integrations to outside systems for data transfer and updatef. Developing Cherwell Management System dashboards and reportsg. Automating Cherwell Management System workflows, approvals, tasks,and formsh. Developing and deploying, or customizing and configuring enterprisesolutions that involved multiple related Major Objects within the CherwellService Management platform.
