Job Description :
Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess, at minimum, the following qualifications:
4 years of experience with Cherwell Management System configuration.
4 years of experience as lead developer with Cherwell Management System.
Experience with 3 separate Cherwell implementations.
Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:
Work with management to produce project requirements, project goals and project deliverables, as assigned by the Department.
Assist management with the creation and/or updates of Cherwell project, technical and training materials, as assigned by the Department.
Provide weekly status reports outlining project accomplishments and planned activities for the following week, as assigned by the Department.
Coordinate services with support personnel, as assigned by the Department.
Provide technical support on the Cherwell Management System (production servers, sandboxes and databases), as assigned by the Department.
Assist management in the development of the Cherwell Administrator Training plan and materials, as assigned by the Department.
Gather and document user requirements, design and build workflows, as assigned by the Department.
Create use cases, training and support for functional, integration and user acceptance testing, as assigned by the Department.
Determine root cause and take corrective measures for any bugs/issues identified during user acceptance testing, as assigned by the Department.
Assist management with the monitoring and optimization of the Cherwell Management System, as assigned by the Department.
The Contractor, its employees, subcontractors, and agents must comply at all times with all Department data security procedures and policies in the performance of this scope of work as specified in the Data Security and Confidentially document attached to the purchase order.
