We are looking for Checkpoint Engineer in Woodlands, TX and Frisco, TX

Job Description:

Key Skills -
Checkpoint Firewalls
Juniper
Juniper IDP
CISCO Firewalls
Checkpoint R.80

Day to Day work:
Configure, install, and troubleshoot Checkpoint, Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto solutions
Design / spec new environments to meet PCI, HIPAA, and SOX compliance
Troubleshooting of IP network communications
Be able to diagnose problems where firewalls, IPS, proxy, and load balancing devices are involved
Interface with vendors, clients and users to design security solutions

Qualifications:
Knowledge of IP protocols
Candidate should possess 5+ years of relevant experience with Checkpoint solutions or other security vendor.
Unix command line experience
Strong communication skills
Mcafee DLP/IPS/NSM, Mcafee Proxies/ web gateway,
Checkpoint CCSE, Cisco CCSP, Crossbeam XOS, Juniper JNCIS, Palo CNSE certification ( desired)
Any information security certifications (CISSP, CISM, GSEC, GCFW, SSCP, Security+, etc (desired)
