Title: Chatbot Product Manager
Location: San Francisco, CA
Duration: 3-4 months
*Locals only, this is a part time role
Required Experience/Skills
- Ability to play Chatbot Product Manager in a strategic advisory role for a short term and on a part time basis (3 days a week) for a max of 3-4 months in SFO.
Responsibilities
Work with the Business and Product teams to drive out requirements and contribute to the product roadmap both on the Conversational UI and Configuration
Advise the client on the best practices and pitfalls
Work with the Persistent/Client UX team to create interactive mockups to demonstrate usability
Create documentation as required by the client
Skills and Experience:
Prior experience of implementing Chatbots or Conversational UI’s
Prior experience of having worked as a Product Manager/Analyst/Consultant for Chatbots
Must possess UX design aptitude
Must possess strong analytical skills
Must have done comparison of different Conversational UI’s and bring the best practices from usability and business standpoint
Must have strong communication, articulation and documentation skills
Must be able to understand the technical implementation at a high level
