Change/Project Manager

Will be working with the Technology team, Learning & Development team, as well as the Creative team.

Top 3 Skills:

1. Minimum 3 years’ project management experience
2. Experience with change management
3. Strong communication skills (must be able to speak to technical/creative people as well as effectively correspond with leadership and stakeholders)

Responsibilities:
*The ideal candidate is motivated, results-oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day.
*Partner with divisional leaders to assess current capabilities and identify opportunities to improve results either through process or system changes
*Identify gaps and solutions to continually improve intake and integration (process, education, tools and/or technology)
*Drive the necessary communication, timelines, education, and other change management activities to prepare the business for project rollouts (i.e. system implementation/ enhancements and/or process changes)
*Work in collaboration with the business, Technology, Education, and other stakeholders to successfully deliver projects (such as scheduling pilots, launch dates and trainings)
*Lead the strategic development or enhancement of best practices for product development by balancing both the art & science of the business (i.e., technology and business process)
*Help define appropriate business metrics to measure results
*Hire, supervise, and develop an effective team
*Ensure alignment on priorities and direction by partnering with Leadership, Technology and their counterparts

You own this if you have…
*Minimum 2 years experience integrating processes and systems used for analysis and planning
*Minimum 3 years’ project management experience
*Ability to build strong relationship with peers and senior leadership, including strong collaboration skills
*Strong analytical, problem-solving and change management skills
*Ability to think strategically and deliver the right level of detail appropriate to the audience
*Proficiency in MS Office suite
*Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
*Knowledge of retail product development processes and systems used for analysis, planning, and ordering is a plus
