Job Description :
Role: Change Manager
Location: San Francisco
Duration: 1-2 years Long term

IT Change manager who controls any changes that are going into build status and approve deployments to production. In SAP world, we have to create a transport in CHARM to start build after the change is walked through in a weekly CAB call. Once the dev and testing is done, this change manager will review the results and approve for production move. The resource will also be responsible for working with SAP Basis to move transport to production.

Define and build PMO

Create working relationships with project managers and other PMO’s

Facilitate governance process

Overall risk management to identify themes

Facilitate dependency management across the projects and programmes

Facilitate change control process

Track deliverables and benefit realisation

Mentor project managers

Responsible for tools, standards and methodology i.e. project management templates

May line manage project managers for a pro-active / managerial PMO
