The primary role of the Consultant - Change Management is to:
Support the Change Manager in advising, and/or implementing workplace change programs for clients
Support and conduct the research, data gathering and analysis in the development of workplace change initiatives
Collaborate with all team members from brainstorming ideas to presenting final client recommendations
Conduct change management project work product under the guidance of senior Change Managers who will present findings and recommendations to the client
Become a point of contact for clients for workplace change evaluation and recommendations.
Participate in the development of change management project work plans and proposals
Assist in some sales efforts
