                                                                             Ability to plan, organize, prepare, distribute, and manage communications and transformational change messaging. Creative in use of various mediums, messaging, techniques, including internal Portals, SharePoint, and email. Very collaborative, while focused on meeting timelines and passionate about quality of details. Able to learn quickly to learn the transformational program goals, and able to represent the intent with ease. Excellent communicator, both verbal and in writing. English speaking natural language. French second language is a plus. IT Background is also a plus.
Position Title: Change Management Lead

Rate : $90 hour c2c
Position Purpose:
	Create and implement stakeholder management and communication plans for all GDIA Lifecycle projects and initiatives increasing stakeholder buy-in and engagement.
	Perform Stakeholder analysis, categorize stakeholders and recommend communication and engagement plan for each.
	Prepare communication materials appropriate to the level of stakeholder in form of power points, status reports, newsletters, emails, etc.
	Prepare short videos and or documents to manage change - FAQ’s, How to guides, Short videos
Key Responsibilities:
	Facilitate change management and stakeholder engagement activities with cross-functional stakeholders to understand and collaborate with GDIA teams and adopt any changes.
	Support the design, development, delivery and management of related communications
	Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
	Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of any training
	Create actionable deliverables for communications plan, stakeholder management plan, training plan.
	Support definition of Responsible, Accountable, Supported, Consulted, and Informed (RASCI) matrices as required
	Identify, analyze and prepare change and stakeholder engagement related risk mitigation tactics
	Track and report stakeholder management and communication issues
	Identify and manage anticipated resistance
	Consult and coach project teams as necessary to mitigate risks and issues
	Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
	Any other duties commensurate with the role
Minimum Qualifications:
	BA or BS Degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, or Industrial/ Organizational Psychology
	10+ years of experience in organizational change management and stakeholder management
	A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
	Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
	Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal and ability to present to senior leadership in the organization
	Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
	Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
	Flexible and adaptable – able to work in ambiguous situations
	Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
	Problem solving and root cause identification skills
	Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
	Forward looking with an end-to-end thinking and approach
Preferred Qualifications:
	Change management certification or designation or training background
	Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
	Understanding of IT Service and Operations Management Processes
	Understanding of the software development life cycle models
	Biopharmaceutical industry experience
