Proven training ability, demonstrating skills in material creation, user support and guidance.
Excellent documentation skills with experience of creating support documentation for users and the functional Team.
Excellent administration skills with an eye for detail and self-motivated.
Proven ability to show resiliency and be able to prioritize key activities within the business while managing stakeholder expectations.
Excellent approach to planning work, managing priorities and using own initiatives to overcome issues.
Experience of working in an environment with a strong customer/audience focus.
Knowledge of IT Project Management
Coordinate the overall change Management process.
Receive, review, record, categorize and distributes Change Requests and follow up as necessary.
Attend the Daily Change Advisory Board Meetings
Prepare meeting Agenda and capture Meeting Notes
Liaison with stakeholders and functional teams to ensure implementation of approved change requests
Provide periodic status reports, issues/challenges with respect to Change Requests
Generate regular reports regarding change requests including number approved, number completed, and number rejected, based on types and categories


Essential skills ::

5-6 years of relevant experience in coordinating IT change management functions
Hands-on experience with data analysis, MS Excel and other Microsoft tools Scope of Work
