Required Technical Skill Set
Looking for a right candidate having 7-10 Years of total IT experience.
3+ years of solid Cassandra DBA experience in managing critical 24/7 applications
Hands-on experience with Cassandra database hosted on Amazon cloud is a must.
Implement a Cassandra Database in an enterprise, Design and Support data migration.
Cassandra database administration on a multi-data center cluster.
Must have hands-on experience in setting up Cassandra cluster.
Strong understanding of complex inner workings of Cassandra, such as the gossip protocol, hinted
Solid experience in writing Cassandra queries, materialized views
Build automation provisioning framework leveraging tools like Chef, Puppet or Ansible.
Install new database releases and related software tools to evaluate in test dev environments, eventually promote to production
Monitor availability, performance and utilization of production and development Cassandra Databases, Analytics and Search server environments
Apply software patches and upgrades to server software for Cassandra Database to stay in compliance with security standards and performance Anal
Primary Skills:
Has 4+ years administrator experience in the Cassandra
Has 2+ Years experience in Linux
Has experience in CQL
